👥 Copy admin users and roles on notification events
Important updates shouldn’t live in silos.
Previously, notification events were only delivered to their intended recipients, whether that was a customer, the admin who performed an action, or another designated user. While this ensured notifications reached the right audience, it sometimes left other stakeholders unaware of important activities happening across your lending operations.
With this new enhancement, you can now choose to copy specific admin users and admin roles on any notification event. This means that even when a notification is intended for a customer or another administrator, relevant team members can automatically receive a copy and stay informed.
Whether you want your operations team to monitor loan approvals, your compliance team to track specific customer activities, or managers to stay updated on key events, you now have greater flexibility in determining who stays in the loop.
This improvement promotes better collaboration, increases visibility across teams, and ensures that critical information reaches everyone who needs it without requiring manual follow-ups or separate communication channels.

You can now edit and customize the SMS content sent for notification events directly from the admin console. This gives you greater control over how your brand communicates important updates to borrowers and customers.
